The frac valve is a sort of large bore high pressure isolation gate valve to isolate the fluid from the well. The Frac Valve is capable of producing multi staged fracs in the toughest environments. There are two type frac valve: manually ball screw operated or hydraulically operated.

BSO(Ball Screw Operator) gate valves are available on the size of 4-1/16", 5-1/8" and 7-1/16", and pressure range from 10,000psi to 15,000psi.

The ball screw structure eliminates the amplification of gear structure, and it can be operated with one third of torque compared to normal valve under required pressure, which can be safer and quicker. Valve stem packing and seat are elastic energy storage sealing structure, which has good seal performance, valve with balance tail rod, lower valve torque and indication function, and the stem structure is of pressure balanced, and equipped with switch indicator, CEPAI's ball screw operator gate valves are suitable for large-diameter high-pressure valve.
